Amy + Clay Ballroom Wedding Photography

Here are a few of my favorite from Amy and Clay’s wedding back on April 17th. We were lucky with a few threatening looking skies but overall a beautiful spring North Texas day. For the ceremony they chose Perkins Chapel on the campus of SMU. Weddings at Perkins are some of my favorites – good light, reasonable rules and great outdoor spaces for family and group photos. The followup to the ceremony was the reception at the Belo Mansion in downtown dallas. We spent most of our time in the pavilion side but we are also able to use the mansion side for getting ready and some group photos. Thanks to all of the other talented vendors involved but most of all Amy and Clay for hosting us all!
